"I am sad to see this store have fewer and fewer items for me to buy. The quality is going down, with the exception of the Men's Dept. There are so many items that are messed up, crowded into sales racks, and placed incorrectly. That can be the fault of lazy customers, or frustrated customers, but staff might need to work at night to straighten out the store. I very much like the staff, with a few exceptions. The dressing rooms are almost always dirt with dust and bunnies on the floor, but they do have enough good size rooms to lock and try items on comfortably. My big concern is the coupons and the increasing items that are not eligible to use the coupons on."

"My shopping experience was OK and the associates were very pleasant and professional. However, the fitting rooms were a disaster with clothes all over the place and one rack was not large enough to handle them. I found clearance racks were very full and problematic to view without a struggle. I feel that more employees are needed to keep racks in order and neatly arranged as well as keeping the fitting rooms kept cleaned!"
