"My experience at the stoe was a nice one on Sateuday all the staff in the Store were nice. I was in the Store for 1 1/2 hours look for a dress for my grandchild. We tryed three diffenet one until we found one That is why I like to shop in the store Thank you"

"The Peebles in Geneva is very messy and gives the feeling of a bargain basement kind of shop. The sales associates seem rushed and hurried, clearly overworked. The Peebles in nearby Canandaigua gives the feeling of a clean, well organized upscale store. I prefer shopping there but Geneva is much closer to my home. Why such a distinct difference? The Geneva Peebles is the only clothing store in town so it would be great if they could up their game in presentation and cleanliness. I'll still shop there for the petite section but some extra staff could keep the associates smiling and the place more organized. Some of the clerks knock themselves out to be friendly and helpful, but the overall feeling of the store is not a good one in the presentation of the clothing and the messiness of the dressing rooms."

"going to Peebles is ok - i usually can find something or a gift for someone - the problem with this particular store in our area is that it isn't organized - the racks are way too full - the clothes are smashed together which makes it hard to shop - there are 3 other stores in our area and they are all neat and tidy and are set up so that it is easy to walk around the racks - not sure why this store can't be like that - i've actually walked out of this store without buying anything just because it's overwhelming - also, they never have enough cashiers open - i mean during the day especially when people are working and on a limited lunch break you'd think they would have 2 cashiers on but they very seldom do -"
