"At this time the store does not have a working bathroom.They are telling people to use the restaurant next door. This is not healthy. How many stores want people to come in and use the restrooms without buying something. The store is junky and not organized like it used to be. The associate is a little arrogant. I think it is her way. No bathrooms you need to close the store until it gets fixed."

"I really like being able to shop for clothes, jewelry, shoes, gifts at Peebbles, it is near to my house and I can make a quick visit. I usually find everything I need without having to go to a big mall. I don't have time to shop at a mall, I work very hard and shopping at this store is a very relaxing experience. "My experience was doubtful. When I arrived at Peebles a customer was checking out and the associate (# 0016918) at the Hampton, VA locations. Something was mention about a weekend discount / special that was going on. But when I checked out by the same associate nothing was mention to me. Was interested why not? Why wouldn't all customers be give the same benefits?"

"The associates are a delight. I drop in to see if there is something that I need or can use or an awesome deal. There are a couple of managers who are not very friendly. I expect managers to always be respectful of all clientele. I work long and hard hours so when I drop in somewhere I should not be treated if helping figure out the real price is a tedious adventure. Again, this has happened on more than one occasion and it is always a manager who seems to behave in this fashion. I understand that this is a mega sale, however, figuring out prices and SIZES since they were on different size hangars means needing more help and the sales associates are always very sweet. The managers should set the example! ALWAYS!"

"Linda and Mabel were awesome. Linda assisted me with my items during the first visit. I asked if there were any additional coupons available online that would apply with the BOGO offer--Linda said sure and told me how to find them. She also told me that I could hold my items for 3 days. After getting the coupon the next day-Mabel assisted me. My Peebles card had been deactivated. She did her magic and got it all resolved. We had a great conversation the whole time. I also got to browse the makeup counter while we were talking, and I made an additional purchase."
