"I had a $10 gift card. I picked up a blouse priced $24 . The sign said everything on the table was $50 off. The sales girl rang up that I owed over $7. I pointed out the sale sign and she rerang it. This time I owed $3.17 when it should have been $2.12. I paid what she asked but it left we feeling upset instead of delighted with a bargain."

"I walked into the store and went to the children's area. After shopping for about 20 minutes, I began to walk the store looking for a place to pay. I heard two ladies carrying on a conversation about someone who was ill and one of lady's 13 month old granddaughter. I also ing near the makeup/jewelry counter where they were chatting waiting for them to finish. After 10 minutes I approached the counter and apologized for interrupting. I asked if I could pay for my items. The associate began to ring my purchase while still continuing the conversation. She spoke to me only to tell me the coupon would not work. When I asked her to try anyway, she did so and $8 was subtracted from one of my items. If I hadn't insisted, I would have paid too much. Again, their conversation continued...you will be pleased to know that I learned the associate's granddaughter is now on whole milk so her legs are getting chubby. I felt like such an invader."
