"i am still very upset with this store on this visit. i purchased 3 sale items i used my bank gift card. i also presented and asked if i could use my birthday coupon and told yes. i was charged $56.83 my birthday card was not taken into consideration. my bill should have been 26.53 and withmy 10 dollar coupon it should have been 16.53. but my card was charged 56.83. My gift card was used and this put me in a bind because i had planned to spend a few dollars. so i was not ableto get my groceries. pay day is a few days away. i felt something wasn’t right so when i got to my car i checked by bill and returned back into the store. i immediated went back to the shoe dept to recheck the shoes discount and the clerk there verfied i was right. she call for an associate and the cashier who waited on me came to the back. the error was explained to her. since i used my gift card. she said she would return the difference to a store gift card but. i was not able to get my groceries. gift card amount"

"Same as all the others. It seems one designer is doing all the work and no store has a selection anymore. Same young stuff. Had one pair of brown sweats in my size and it was the first I have found. I love to shop but the isles are so packed and clothes so push in, it takes the fun out of shopping so I go to thrift stores. As I said all of the department stores are now like that. Also was looking for house slippers and none had the back in them. No selections anymore."
