"It was horrible. I returned a gift with a GIFT receipt and the lady put it back on the credit card used to purchase it with out saying one word to me. When she handed me the receipt I asked if she put it on the card and she said yes. I told her it was a gift hence the gift receipt and the card wasn't mine. I asked if I could have store credit instead. She said no I can't change it now you should have told me before I did it. Well I thought that was the point of a GIFT receipt. She suggested I let the person who purchased it for me and have them come it with their card and then she could give me a gift card. I told her that would be extremely rude and left."
"Today at check out I was asked my name and my date of birth to enter into some kind of membership. The associate told me she had to ask these questions before she could ring me out. When I hesitated to give the answers she was asking for, she became a bit snippy. I should not be required to answer personal questions against my will to purchase your items. I should be allowed to opt out. I was not happy with the questioniar, nor the attitude from the associate when I wouldn't cooperate. I made my purchase anyway because she put in a made up date of birth, but I didn't appreciate the hostility in my check out session."

"Associates helped me find the product I needed and I didn't feel rushed or pressured into buying something else. I didn't even know the product I bought came with a free gift that was similar, so I left the store happy and satisfied with their business. Will return again soon for more shopping!"
