"The assistant tent manager made mistake at check out. When i go back to ask for correction, i had to wait 30 min because she is at meeting. Then she made mistake again missing ng return my discount amount and did not recognize the miscalculation but said it’s the computer gave this number instead of he wrong data entree."

"This store was going through liquidation. I received special day coupons & Manager was very rude when explaining why she would not honor them. This store is in a very small town that I visit monthly. Customer service should be key to this store and this woman definitely did not have the skills to be a manager. I felt sorry for the associate that helped cash me out."

"Bought sale items on Saturday, decided I would like another set of the silverware. Went at noon on Easter Sunday, sign said open at noon,doors were locked. Waited 10 to 12 minutes called didn't open till 1. Not what the sign says. Didn't make it back on Sunday, went Monday, missed the sale, still purchased the items. Good product. Fair price. But not like the 1st set witch was an Easter sale. Complained about being there at noon on Sunday and not opening till 1. Not what the sign said. Didn't matter."
