"Reason I did this survey is to complain about the rude unfriendly response I received today when I asked Ashley at the Hudson store if an item I wanted to buy in my hand was half price. She responds no that's the price. I said that Doorbusters are 50% off white tickets. She again said no. She checked the price and yes, I was right. I asked her did she not know this? The signs were right above the item I purchased as well as all over the store. Her attitude was so rude and arrogant. She did not know the policy - this was half price. Instead of owning it she was combative!!Name is Ashley. I've been shopping here since they opened many years ago and never complained before this."

"i was very upset that i got an email about the clinique free gift with purchase, I normally order online from clinique but was excited to get the free gift so drove to the store excited about the free items , when i purchased my maeup to get hte gift i was told you had to pre order the free gift ! the popular one i needed i was told was all gone but in back of the counter i could see boxes of them that were given to customers who pre putchased !! this is unfair and i was very upset about this and watched 2 woman come to the counter who did not purchase items and get handed the gift ! my email did not say you had to pre hold the free gift , I will continue to purchase my clinique items from clinique .com"

"I was upset because my gift card was not credited and I did not get 20% off all my purchases as per coupon. Even when I questioned it and I handed him my gift card and asked to make sure he scans it? NOT ON MY ORDER? ****, very bad sales/cashier. Men do not belong in the women's dept, he was clueless. How do I get my gift card back to use?"
