"My husband usually shops there . Frequently actually. I can never find anything I like ,I received an ad in the mail today for a perfume ,I never buy perfume ( can't wear it to work ) so I thought since i found one i like , i will go get it . Well the store doesn't have it in stock and so they had to order it online and have it shipped to my house . WHAT !! I could have saved gas and time and ordered it myself from home . And I only saved 13 dollars with a discount from the ad . I would have thought the store would have given me some sort of gift card or extra discount for NOT having the product in the store."

"I love shopping Peebles - especially when they have great sales with coupons! Love to use rewards coupons as well. The one suggestion I have, based on my experience this evening when I stopped in, is that percentages off of clearance items apply first before the reward coupons. I had figured in my head the total price of my purchase, took the 40% clearance coupon off, then took off my $5 reward coupon (which is the same as cash). When my order totaled - it was more than I expected because it was explained to me that the $5 reward came off first then the 40% off. It should have been the 40% off first, then the $5 reward since it is like a cash payment.One other comment is that I bought bras in December of 2017 at a super great price. They actually ended up being the wrong size - so I went to exchange then for another size - but there was none there. I kept checking back each visit - but there was no new inventory added. I asked an associate about it one time and they said I could return the ones I had and then I could order them online. I was hoping to exchange them since it was a better price that the price the associate gave me for ordering online. But - she said that she could not order for me - I had to do that at home. I was hoping that the store would order in more stock of the product - but it is now August and every time I shop, I always check for new stock. None has been added since December of 2017. The stock has decreased from 3 racks to all of them on 1 rack - with lack of size choice and colors. So, I have 2 bras sitting in my room that I haven't been able to wear for 8 months!"
