"The customer service here is terrible. I stood in line for ten minutes while someone was making returns and two of your associates stood chit chatting and rearranging displays instead of offering to cash me out. When a manager came to assist with the customer ahead of me he asked one of them to cash me out. She didn't talk to me, ask if I found everythi mg okay, nothing. Very, very poor customer service."

"This store is ALWAYS, ALWAYS UNDERSTAFFFED. The check out is SLOW and getting ***istance is almost impossible. I am ready to stop shopping there because of this. In talking to the store mgr. I was told that he is only given so many hrs. per month for having clerks. What a shame. Customers don't like to wait and wait to get ***istance or to complete a purchase. Fix this because I will not shop here is this policy continues."

"I was shopping for my son. To get a christmas gift. I received coupns in the mail. When getting ti the check out I could not use any of then for my purschase as to do with number ending in 98 or 99 . I went in there to get a deal an thinking i would save some money. The cashier warned me that the coupns probably wouldnt work. As I was the fouth person that day trying to use the coupons that came in the mail. If i cant save on items with the coupons why bother sending out them.I was very disappointed but still bought the item I wanted but notsure I would run right over to your store to see what deal I could save on. When I really cant save on a pruschase unless the ending numbers are different then 98 and 99.. The cashier was sorry and asked if I still wanted the item. So yes.. I just drove 15 mins out of my way to use a coupon that prompted me to come into your store."
