"The lady who checked me out today , Mary Ellen,was probably the best salesgirl I’ve ever had in Peebles.They’re all good ,but she was exceptional. They were very busy today. I found a blouse that I really liked but it was too small. It was on sale for $12.99. I took it to the desk and Mary Ellen found it within a minute for $6.49. She had it sent to my house , waving the shipping fee.I then found a scarf that I liked on a 50% clearance rack. It didn’t have a clearance ticket , so I flagged down someone that was stocking. She stopped everything she was doing, took me over to Mary Ellen and Mary Ellen honored the 50% off, when it should have been 25 or 30%.as it turned out , I had a $10 coupon that Peebles was kind enough to send me, and I ended up getting the scarf for free.That’s my kind of shopping experience. Thank you Mary Ellen for restoring my faith in salesgirls, and thank you,Peebles, for appreciating my business!"

"I came to the store to do a return, the registers were crowded so I did my return at the makeup counter with Kimberly E. She was very eager to help and pleasant. She said I should browse the store as you had some excellent sales with doorbusters and cyber deaqls going on. I did in fact go around after my return and made quite a few purchases. Kim E was at the checkout when I returned with my items and was very helpful again. I didnt have my credit card with me and she even ordered a pair of boots for me to ship to my home with no shipping fees. She is an asset to your staff and should be complimented on her efforts to accommidate the customers!"

"i do not like how you do the discounts, in particular the circle rewards. you deduct the reward first, then you do the coupon. effectively this takes away some of the rewards. the rewards should be taken after the coupon, then it would be mathematically correct. my five or ten reward would be five or ten, not two-fifty or five"
