"Our store in Lewisburg WV has a very appealing and inviting look to it. Always clean and every item is in its place. Friendly atmosphere and happy faces. Nice reprieve over some of our other stores in the area. I don't know any of the personnel who work there. However, they make you feel welcomed in the store."

This question needs either to include the surveyed visit, or have a not applicable or 0 times option.We have been to 2 area Peebles to use our gift card, and both appear to be in a remodeling program, at least in the home sections. So although there was some disarray, it was clear that improvements are coming. The associate who checked us out was friendly, helpful, and we enjoyed talking with her while checking out. 3 associates thanked us for shopping, and wished us a good day, and invited us to come back."

"The new area being set up was quite difficult-it would seem wise to do this in one night and have it completed rather than spread it out and work on it while still trying to serve customers. The staff did great but I feel like they could do better if that wasn’t a burden for them."

"I was very pleased when I went to Peebles today. It had been awhile since I was there and I wasn't pleased with the store at that time. Things seemed in disarray and I didn't enjoy shopping and left without making any purchase. The store today had been rearranged and was very much neater.
