"This store is closing before it becomes a Goodman's (?). As a result there were many percent off sale signs in the store. However, it seemed like many of the items I picked up did not have a price on them. That is very frustrating and it is time consuming to take it to a register to have it scanned, especially if there is a line. Restrooms were clean and there was a lot of merchandise to look at."

"My general experience was extremely offensive. The store was dirty, messy, jammed packed and unorganized.The very prominent and in your face Closeout signage on the doors and throughout the store was “40% Storewide Sale.” I thought this meant what it said...40% off. At the register, it was a different story. I learned that items were not necessarily 40% off. Some we’re 10%, some 20%, some 40%. But there was no obvious way to have any idea what anything would cost until at the register. The person at the register was unfriendly to begin, but when I asked about the pricing, was disrespectful, insulting of my intelligence and argumentative, defending the pricing by stating I should have read the signs. Trust me, the only obvious signs (there must have been 100 large signs all over the store) read “40% off.” The manager stepped in and was initially also argumentative but backed down as he refunded me. My impression in short: messy, dirty, rude, unfriendly, False Advertising!"
