"Female employees are ALWAYS grouped together and talking amongst themselves...I've heard gossip, and only perhaps twice in my shopping here in the last two months, has anyone approached me, asking if I needed help. I will say that the checkout girl - Sheena - was very flippant, abrupt and unpleasant when she was answering my few questions, and again upon checkout. She acted much like a drill sargeant when she was instructing me to pay (the slide machine), and during my return. I avoid checking out with her, but at times, she's the only one there. Where's the (male) manager? I haven't seen him in ages! It's all about women just gathered around, talking amongst themselves with almost total regard for us as customers. When the Clinique and Estee Lauder girl is out, NO ONE knows anything about where anything is in those departments. This is a very small store! Don't they have time to go over these cosmetic areas with the girl who normally works these depts, just to get an overview of what's what, and where things are, in general? I don't like shopping here. Why aren't these women who are gathered together, standing around in groups, going around the store and tidying up? There's much to be straighted and arranged!"

"Ashlie who checked me out was the only nice person I have ever met in the store. Most are very rude mean and grouchy. They get very upset if you ask them a question as if how dare you. Ashlie was nice enough to explain the mountain of paperwork she gave me. Unlike all the other cashiers who are usually scrooge like. The store itself had way too much in it. Was scared to move or touch anything for fear of knocking stuff off the racks.could not even move a shopping cart around most of store. Make up department was limited at best and employees were not about to help anyone. Very rude staff and management."
