"An associate ordered boots for me to be delivered to my home since they were not available in store in my size. After about 12 days I tracked my order to find that the order had been cancelled due to no longer available and I was told that I would need to visit that particular store to receive my refund which would be a store credit. I paid $20 in store rewards and the remaining balance in cash. When I was given my cash back I asked about a store credit for the $20 rewards that I used and I was told they don’t do that only what I paid and I said but it was not my fault the item was cancelled and I should get that back in store credit and she said they do not do that. Very disappointed that I just left the store without shopping. This store is in my home town (6 hours away) that I had to go back to get my refund. Luckily it was during the holidays for me to visit. I could have used the store rewards when I got home at a local pebbles if I had known I would loose it ."
