"I usually have a pleasant experience shopping at Peebles. However, on this date I had a return. I was returning a sweater that I had used my $10 payback reward on. My credit card was credited the amount that I charged, however I did not get my $10 payback reward returned to me. I don't think this is fair. I chose to shop at Peebles so I would get this $10 payback and then it was taken away from me. So I essentially never got my $10 payback reward. I think this policy needs to be changed. When I protested to the manager she just said well, you need to be certain of your purchase before you use your payback dollars. What???? Is this how it works, Peebles? If so, this is VERY BAD customer service. I have many other places that I can spend my money. If this is your policy, I won't be getting any more payback rewards!"

"I love that you have actual plus size clothing that fits me. Some plus sizes aren’t really plus even though they are labeled that way. I always find several nice blouses.The only drawback is that the clearance racks are shoved next to the plus sizes and it was very difficult to navigate through the aisles to look for plus size clothing and to also look at the clearance clothing.My daughter is always happy at your stores, she loves your selection of Vans and Adidas. And she can wear a small women’s clothing now, so she loves going through ladies wear.Always wonderful coupons and sales!Friendly associates who always help me save money by pointing out sales and coupons."
