"I was not thrilled with the checkout option. There was a young lady at the checkout I approached and she was talking to a gentleman in front of her register, unsure if it was a customer. She suggested I take my purchase to mens, went there, no one was present. I returned to her and another young lady took me to the mens counter, but she couldn't use it and ended up at the clinique counter right in front of the person I was purchasing the gift for. Luckily, she knew by then and bagged the gift before it could be seen and scanned it in the bag. Experience improved when I was offered a discount to apply for credit and ended up with 85% off of purchase due to sales, first time credit and shopping pass."

"The associate named Alexis and the assistant manager named Kay were so very helpful. I was a little disappointed in the manager named Kelly. She was quite short with the associate who helped me. She did not seem to enjoy her job at all. In addition there appeared to be a shoplifter who made a hasty exit out the door and she did not seem to be bothered by it."
