"It's a good thing I like the clothing you sell, because the customer service is the poorest of the poor. Wait times are always so very long. The store is understaffed. The process of checking out customers is not efficient. The requirement that every customer pushed to open a Peebles charge is almost comical. Another waste of time. I am not sure how your business model is set up, but most successful retailers strive to provide efficient customer service. You could learn a lot from your competition. Had I not already wasted so much time yesterday waiting to give you my money, I would have found a manager before I left. I never do these surveys, but i wanted someone to know what a crummy job you continue to do with customer service."

"The aisles are not easy to maneuver through. Everything is jammed together. There is never anyone at the registers when I go to checkout. If there is a cashier there’s usually a 10 minute wait and they then tell you to go to a different cashier."
