"I came in and purchased a remote control jeep for my grandson for Christmas with a $10.00 off $10.00 purchase that I had received for my birthday from Peeples back in November. When he opened it on Christmas to play with it, it did not work. Today I went back to Peebles to return it and I was given credit for the actual amount that I put on my charge card, but no credit for my birthday $10.00. So in essence, I didn't get to use the $10.00 that originally brought me to the store to begin with. So I am NOT a happy camper!"
