Just make the coupons simple and give the customer $10 off and they would shop and buy more."

"I love Peebles! However, this time it was confusing to select what items were on sale. For example: buy one get 2 free items were mixed with others. I bought an item for my grandson and when I was checking the receipt, it said buy 1, get 2 free. I only purchased one, saw no sale sign and the sales associate never called this to my attention."
