"I saw a coupon on the Peebles website save your age extra 50-80% off when you show your ID in store. My husband is 64 years old and he showed his drivers license to the cashier. She had to refer to something to do the math but we also said he is 64 years old. We were expecting a 64% discount. The receipt however indicates 55% off clearance. I am very confused and feel misled. the signs in the store are confusing; you really don't know what you are going to pay until you get to the register and still there is a mistake..."

"I never was so disappointed in customer service as I was on 12/06/18. Returned item and was only given back $1.99. Said my only choice was to get same shirt in a larger size or color. Asked where they were in store and was told they were all gone. was told store credit, not a choice. Here is $1.99. Said maybe my daughter could wear,but was told too late, she gave me $1.99. Not one person (3 behind counter) would help me . So very disappointed in this store, At least try to help me!!!!"
