I was second in line & ended up waiting over 10 minutes while the associate chatted with the family she was waiting on to the point where I was ready to return the item to the rack & leave. I took this item with me when I returned to my second home which is 2 1/2 hrs. from your area & when I was getting it ready to send by mail, I found the item damaged where the security tag was. This has been an overall bad shopping experience with your store."
