"I do like the New Castle, PA store over the Chardon, OH store. The OH store when I last visited (a few months ago) just needed organized. The clearance needs to be in one section & I wish the racks weren't jammed. Usually I am waited on quickly but when I went to the line, the sales associate was helping 2 family members make purchases & pay via their phone. The sales associate was very patient. The lady who rang my purchase updated my account as I still had the card from a few years ago. Very helpful."
