"The wait time to check out was totally unacceptable. It was at least 45 minutes. Only two cashiers were available and one was the manager. About 25-30 people were in both of these lines. This was a day that only certain coupons were honored and also a doorbuster day. Why wouldn't more cashiers be available on such a high volume day??? The people in the lines were getting frustrated, complaining and even saying, I am not waiting any longer and put their merchandise back. I approached the manager (working as a cashier) and asked if there were anymore cashiers available and she said no but another staff member was coming in at 12Noon. It was 11:30am at this time. So, I was still in line at 12Noon when another staff member came in and she started working on the cash register that the manager was working at and the manager stated that she could take customers at another register she was going to. So everyone at the back of the line ran over to her register and they had only been in line a few minutes. Why didn't the manager say I will take the next person in line so the customers that were waiting 45 minutes plus could be checked out first before the people that just got in line. That's how they do it at other stores. This was very discouraging. The woman in front of me had back problems and was having trouble standing that long as I do. This was so frustrating to have a lack of management that couldn't foresee this situation and have more staff on duty. I am not a manager but when I think about this -- paying a cashier an hourly wage compared to the people who left the line who didn't want to wait, purchase merchandise and get frustrated with your store -- I can figure out which is the better answer. Thank you."

"***ociate was unable to put money back on debit or give me cash back; manager was unpleasant and told me I should keep my gift cards in the future- makes no sense to do, didn't purchase item planning to return and furthermore used the VISA debit in excess of the amount being refunded. Completely unhelpful management, just continued to repeat the register wouldn't let her do it. Good customer service would have been giving back the $14.99 in cash and figure out the logistics later."
