"I was visiting the store to purchase the Big Joe chair that was advertised in the flyer. I checked online first, but the chair online did not match the chair in the ad. The store did not receive any of the chairs advertised. I was not pleased with this experience. The Big Joe chair in the ad is gray and furry. The one online is a beanbag chair. Not even the same style."

"I have shopped with Stage for some time now. I found I wasn't able to find much of what I needed in the nearest store, so I began shopping online. The store was so cluttered and had very little in my size, it was no fun to shop. The store looked more like a discount clothing store than an exclusive department store. After paying my bill this visit, I made a comment about not finding what I wanted in the store. An associate responded by saying that I should go back to the section (plus size) and I'd be surprised. And I was! Instead of the one or two racks of clothes, there were rows and rows of beautiful styles to choose from. I was truly pleased and amazed! This store now has a large household section, which is great. Now if Stage would come up with prettier active wear for plus sizes and have larger and wider shoe selections at this location, I doubt if I'll need to shop online again. And, if the carpet is replaced throughout, FANTASTIC!!Thank you, Stage Stores. I love the changes."

"I totally enjoyed my shopping experience at Peebles. On the day I went, I happened to catch a 60% off sale on Alfred Dinner sportswear. I was able to purchase 2 tops, a pair of slacks, and a dress and jacket set which was already marked down. I got all of the items for $85.00! Needless to say, I was thrilled. Each time I've returned,I've been pleasantly surprised."

There are locations in every direction that I travel and the customer service agents are friendly, helpful and knowledgable concerning the product lines. The stores are bright, clean and well kept; the bathrooms are generally clean and well stocked. The merchandise is appealing to young, middle aged and older adults. I have shopped at Peebles for years and now my adult children shop at Peebles. The prices are comparable, selections are varied and sales are always excellent with much appreciated use of coupons. I understand that there may be changes due to Gordmans but love Peebles and am a loyal and pleased customer."
