"Your sale signs are misleading. For some items you take the sale percent off first and then reward points, and other items reward points first and then percent, resulting in less of a sale. Your signage says anything ending in 8 is only 10% off but some items ring up differently. You sell brand name items for brand name prices, so why bother coming to your store if I’m not getting any sort of discount on the item. I can buy the items I purchased elsewhere for equally good or better deals, and still manage to get the 3-4 other items I had on my list that your store just didn’t carry."
