"Again, the plus size dept is tired and selection is poor. Great buy on regular size coats etc, not offered in store in Plus. Store is always messy and at times cannot get to shelves because of it. Restocking is horrible, I've been checking on several items (shoes) for months, same two pair there. When I ask when they are getting more, I am told they don't know what comes in on the truck is what they get. The racks are close together and hard to negotiate through the store. Without coupons and sales, I would not shop here. I do have to say the staff is always friendly and engaging and usually seem overwhelmed. There are usually not more than 2 in the store and there is always a line at check out."
