"Store closing. Bad corporate decision."

"I decided to shop your pre-black Friday event this Tuesday at my local Norwich NY store. I waited in line for 45 minutes to get in. Then due to register malfunctions I waited in line for 45 minutes to check out. Which I'm not too upset with, I understand a technical issue. Then the cashier did not scan my coupon and overcharged me. When I voiced this I was told I'd have to wait through the rest of the very long line AGAIN before they could fix it. He then claimed I never even. Gave him a reciept when the manager was involved. So not only was I not worth the effort of fixing, I was called a liar as well. The manager ALSO told me I would have to wait. I'm very reluctant to ever shop there again, despite my past loyalty to the store. I felt very disrespected."
