"First time going into your Ogdensburg store. Very clean and organized. I'm 81 years old and was looking for new slacks in a certain color . Your on duty manager Wendy went above and beyond to help me find my specific brown size 10 petite dress slacks . Then she showed me to the checkout ,introduced me to your cashier Beth and told me she would continue taking care of me from there . They were the sweetest young ladies. I look forward shopping your new store in February. "

"During your sales, signs need to be better! I purchased items that I thought were 50% off and when I got home it was 10% !!!! Your store is going out of business! If items are different percentages off then make each section not just general signs around the areas!!!! I must say this is the only complaint I have ever had with your stores. Your signs are awful!!!!"

"Your store was packed with merchandise and not sure what all discount signs went with what merchandise. Your coupons are very limited and deceiving. I purchased an item that was 50% off and they took off my $10 coupon before giving me 50% off which to me isn’t fair. The $25 item would have cost $12.50 without a coupon and that is the price the $10 coupon should have come off of. I also had a $5.00 reward that came off before the 50% discount. I was always told that a reward is just like cash and I feel that should have come off after the discount. I doubt that I will be doing much more shopping at this store if any at all. Very disappointed."

"While there were very, very few customers in the store, several decided to check out just before me, so I was fourth in line. The associate did not call for back-up to open another register when she saw the line form. (There was at least one other worker there who knew how to do check-outs.) When it was finally my turn to check out, the associate did not apologize for the wait."

"very angry. bought purse 50 dollars that was 40 percent off, and only got 18 off instead of 20. used 5 reward, which stole 2 dollars off it towards discount. It should be 30 minus 5 reward off final price, not taken off before the 40 percent. Very wrong. I work hard for my money, and spend it to receive the rewards. This company is stealing it back by doing the receipts that way. No more shopping here for me."

I was told in the past, that the store only gets one or two pants in that length in each batch.I had just purchased clothes for me the day before, so only bought a sketch book with my five dollar off sales receipt/coupon.My husband purchased sneakers the day I bought clothes for myself."
