"I have shopped at Peebles before and had a positive expeience. But at this visit there was a line of people with only one employee running a register, but there were three employees behind the counter. The store manager was sitting at a desk and looked like she was playing on her phone. Finally Amanda opened up a second register to help the line. But this was after waiting 5-10 minutes of waiting because other customers were returning and purchasing items or paying their bills. The managers should have helped with the line sooner, especially because one was just sitting on her phone."

"I was so excited to learn about the sale through my email account and I needed to ask questions and the sales girl was right there with me. My purchase was for a vacuum in which I saved $258.80 I wanted to really cry as I am in need of double hip replacement and I had let someone borrow my vacuum and it came back not working . This purchase made me feel better all around And the girl offered to even carry it out to the car for me I let her know it's pouring rain out and I can get it She was still willing to do this... I didn't want her to get wet and am still capable of carrying my items. Great Associate as I am trying this I thought let me look at my receipt to see if listed and it appears her name maybe Chandler unless she was using someone else register.. I managed a mini mart for years and she would have been the type of employee I would have wanted to be quite honest I know cashiers and customer service people are hard to find. And within this young lady you found a gem. She even got excited with me for the deal.. And it wasn't fake or acting. Thats what brought me back the next day in which I will also fill out a survey"

"This was the first time I walked into store no one greeted me three people behind the register area and not one said a word even at check out not a friendly experience like all my last ones"

"Again it was Fantastic was greeted and needed to ask questions about the section of home goods on sale and an associate walked right over with me explaining the numbers ending in 99 or 00 were 60 percent off. Anything with 98 was not. She was not frustrated with my questions and understood my needs and what I was trying to do. I was allowed to put my items right at check out while looking through more items From last year to this year I see a total 180 with customer service The name on my receipt is Caylee another very good associate. Keep up the good work with getting employees who have compassion because this is one of the first things we as customers enjoy and also when I ran a mini mart and also worked in call centers and work from home jobs compassion is a number one quality"

"Same shopping trip and was talking with the cashier Caylee and realized the throws were awesome buy being I am on a budget do to medical issues I went and added two more to my purchase as well as a prep bowl set. This stores home department is laid out so creatively, and the staff is just fantastic. The store manager found us wandering and greeted us again, and asked us if we needed help, and we asked questions about luggage. She was so knowledgeable, that we know exactly what to buy and what to take with us on and under the plane. Her luggage choices were perfect for our budget, and needs. We will 100% be back to this store 100 times over! What a great place to shop, and the girls are fun and upbeat. Can’t wait to get back and share our vacation memories with them all!
