"The security device was not removed from a jacket. It did not soundwhen I left the store. I called to ask if I could remove it myself and was told no. I told the associate Iwas not a happy camper that I had to return to the store - the associate hung up on me. I returned to the store and returned the jacket - I may never shop there again. The security code beeped when I returned but not when I left the store after the purchase.The sales people were very understand but the person on the phone was not. If you want to keep your customers satisfied you need to work on your people skills. I believe I should have received something for my troubles."
