However, everything was just casual and I would like to find some business and more dressy clothing to wear out to dinner, etc. There wasn't much selection in nightgowns, either. In fact, there were only pajama pants available. The store was very tightly crowded and there was not enough variety of styles, especially shoes."

"The sales associates and assistant managers are wonderful. They always help and are willing to go the extra mile. However the store manager is very unfriendly, will not help at the register even if she sees there is a line. I had been going to this store very often up until the change in store manager about 1 year ago. The store has gone down hill since the change. It no longer is a welcoming place to shop. For this manager customer service is not what is important to her, the associates yes not her. Otherwise when she saw a line or saw me she would have made conversation with me or hopped on register to help. Customer service must come first, the associates still have the old way of treating customer with the service they had before. Not sure why you let the last manager go but boy did you lose a gem!"
