"Tried to use a gift card and it would not accept. Associate was not able to resolve and told me to come back during the week when the manager was there. I called the # on the back of the card and was told it was active and the store assiciate should call the # to verify. All of this is an added inconvenience for the customer. Associates should know how to resolve such issues!"
