"The store was a total disaster! Clothes and displays were a mess, in multiple departments. The dressing room floor was disgusting! I don't think it had been cleaned or vacuumed in months! Clothes were piled up all over the place and thrown on the floor. Associates were just lounging around the counters, just waiting for customers, when they could have been tiding up. Want to improve my shopping experience: clean up!"
