"Overall it's simply another store. I do love browsing the home goods section! Staff is friendly enough when you approach them. They tend to simply let you wander aimlessly about for long periods of time. There were 3 young ladies at the front end near the registers. I had a difficult time while waiting at the Fitting room entrance. I stood there for a bit waiting to find out if I needed to have garments counted before trying on. A sales rep came over asked someone coming out if she was finished with the garments in her arms. She then took them and walked off before I could ask. I then had to go over and wait until someone was finished at a register to find out if I could just go in to the fitting room. Sort of impersonal visit. Some of the items were not where they had been the last time I was in so I had to look around for a brand. Less options available in Levis's than in the past. I really expected to at least be asked once if I needed assistance and if I needed help finding everything. This should always come before checkout."
