"I had all items on sale due to closing, plus had a card for $10 credit, they didn’t ring the transaction up correctly and it took the $10 off each item individually first which made each item receive a less of a discount, I am basically out $10 instead of using the $10 card. Ridiculous. Glad I had it covered Andy bank card didn’t decline, it’s Christmas I shop in peebles a lot and hopefully when you change names I hope you do better with customer service as far as this situation."
