Most of the staff are very knowledgeable and willing to assist with all of my needs. The store is always clean and very well organized. The new home department is wonderful with lots to choose from. I keep hearing rumors that this store may be closing and I truly hope that isn’t true because I love the merchandise and prices!!"
"I was there recently and opened a peebles credit card. The next day I had to exchange an i tem I'd bought, and I purchased other items. I spend a LOT of money in this store for myself and my 3 boys. The cashier was an older lady with long blonde hair and a disability in one hand. She was patronizing, impatient, and made rude remarks about me to the other cashier when she thought I couldnt hear. I am very il, and I dont get out alot anymore. But I live to shop, and its therapeutic if I am up to it. I am so disappointed that I dont even want to go back. The cashier that opened my account on tues was wonderful. Why cant people just be kind? You really never know what hardships they may be facing. PLEASE Peebles....tell this woman to try a little kindness!!!"
