"I was treated with disdain by the 2 elderly sales associates. Not greeted at all and when I asked a question as to where an item could be found I was answered with no smile and as if I was bothering the woman. These women were even more rude when I was waiting in line. It took 2 of them to figure out how to do a return while others were waiting in line at the only open register. Finally the young lady who was also working said she could check me out at another register. According to my Receipt her name was Bianca. She smiled and was very friendly unlike the very dour faced senior employees."

I do not like the way the store changed the checkout counters, a1ways have to wait or find someone to check you out. I do not like that you have started charging to ship to the store unless you buy $35.00 or more. I d like that the store is close to my home and do not have to go to a larger city to buy items. The values and the promotions throughout the year are very good."
