"The sections of the store were not clearly marked, only separated by gender. I am a plus size woman and finding clothes that fit are hard enough without having to search over crowded racks all over the store. I liked not being pounced on by associates when I walk in the door, but it was obvious that I was searching the whole department. There were 3 associates on the floor performing various tasks. it was the lady at check out that made the difference. Because of her, I opened a credit account and am happy about it."
