"I love my local Peebles. I love to shop online, pick my package up at the store, then look around for more deals while I am there. My local Peebles has the most friendly cashiers in my whole area, so much more friendly than the cashiers at the local pharmacy or The Big Y. All of the girls are so helpful and bubbly. They have become like my family. I love to catch up with them every week. Laurie has been there many years and is a great asset, I love when she is my cashier. I see her just about every Saturday. Shauna and Monica do a great job as well, they are ALWAYS organizing & making things look gorgeous! Robert and Emily are new but they are both EXTREMELY outgoing and are my favorites to catch up with, both happily help me find items I am looking for all over the store. Last but not least, Hannah and Andrea are very sweet and kind. If I forgot anyone I am sorry! My local Peebles is my favorite place to shop and I hope they stay open for a very long time! I never want them to leave!"

"I always enjoy shopping at Peebles, even if it's just browsing around and I don't end up buying anything. The coupons and discounts are very enticing and are usually what bring me to the store. I can usually find something I'm looking for, and I also love the jeans carried in Juniors - they fit me well and are so comfortable! Plus I can usually get them at a great price, especially with sales and coupons. It's the only clothing store in town, so when I need something quickly it's the first place I look, especially if I'm just not up to driving out to the mall and walking around."

"The last time I shopped I was told I couldn't use any coupons. Called customer service before I shopped this time to see if coupons would be taken. Took about 40 minutes to get a rep but I was told I would be able to use my coupons. When I checked out I was told I couldn't use my coupons because there was a boGo sale. Last time I left and had to throw my rewards coupon out because it expired. This time I said since I was buying full price items I thought I should be able to use my reward coupon. The store manager wasn't happy about that but he agreed to look at the coupon and use it. I told him how I had called customer service so he also took the 40% off coupon because I bought two items. I don't like to shop where I have to fight to use rewards I've earned and coupons that were mailed to me. If this store policy continues I will cut up my credit card and never shop there again."

"Associates are always friendly, but there are only 2 registers and it can take a while. They were having computer problems with my return, which held up other customers, who were not happy. They did resolve the problem to my satisfaction in spite of being unable to get help over the phone. (The cashier told me she was the 18th in line on the phone for help.) She said they had been having many problems with returns of online orders, so it appears this is an area that needs attention. If I had been in a hurry, I would have been quite upset at the delay.. I had also called the customer service line the day before and had to wait over an hour for them to call me back. I like the brands carried by Peebles, wish the store was closer and larger."
