"I went in there very frustrated about my total disatisfaction coming from another store looking for 1 particular item that I needed to buy in order to start a new job. was greeted so politely and asked if I needed any assistance, I declined as I wanted to look very quickly for what I needed. Before I knew it I had not 1 but 3 pairs of the pants I needed in a certain color in the dressing room with me and all 3 fit sooooooo comfortably I bought all 3 as I know I will need them. I then found a pair of shoes that were perfect in color and comfort for the job as well. I ended up buying 4 items and couldn't have been more pleased or happier with my experience in Peebles yesterday! Yay! I'm ready for my New Job Thanks to PEEBLES! THANK YOU!"

"I enjoyed my shopping experience, can't wait to go back when a few items I really liked go on sale that are currently 60 dollars. Marilyn was so nice at check out and signed me up for coupons and a rewards plan and told me how they worked. She was a very sweet lady and very helpful. Only complaint about this store is racks are to close together and hard to get through with a cart. I have always had a good experience shopping here for the 6 years I have lived here."

"Associates are totally RUDE in this store. I have experience this every time I've gone into the store. On this occasion, they try to overcharge me for my purchase. When I hesitated and wouldn't purchase the item, they became exasperated and started making noises. After I checked with another clerk, I returned to purchase the item at the correct price. They originally tried to charge me $30 for the item that actually should have been $18.56. They never admitted to their mistake or apologize for the mistake. They never said thank you when I left. When I stated to the one woman that she should have apologized to me the other woman said there was be no reason to apologize. This is wrong on many levels. They tried to blame on me as I had decided not to purchase something they had already run up. It was an item that you would get half off the second item. They should have informed me of this sale prior to ringing me up. That is what a good sales person would do."
