"All in all the experience was just okay. There is so much packed into the small store that it was impossible to find what I was looking for. I was searching for something for my family to wear to my fathers funeral and there was a single rack of black dresses in sizes 8,14, and 18. It was upsetting to be unable to find anything that fit me. I wear a 16. And there were absolutely no dresses in plus size that I could find that were black."

"It is like so many stores today, almost everything in the store is on a clearance rack, where you have to search and dig to look at items. I like a bargain but don't like the way things are displayed. Too hard to find what you are looking for."

"The clothing racks in the store are very close together and crammed pretty full, so browsing and selecting sizes was difficult. The store wasn't very clean on this visit, but it usually is- I believe this is due to the fact that it's back to school season and very busy. There was only one register open for quite sometime, so there was a line. The associate ringing me up made all the difference in my opinion of this visit. He was very attentive to shoppers between ringing customers up, worked quickly and efficiently, and was very helpful in my overall shopping experience. I have no idea how he managed to take care of everyone in that store like he did. He ran the register, assisted customers, retrieved items from the dressing rooms, managed returns, and handled customers stopped by the security system at the door. I honestly did not see another associate other than the lady at the Clinique counter, and this was in the afternoon on a weekend."
