"Pros: good coupons, clearance, rewards. Generally speaking professional employees that are willing to go the extra mile to help find something and know their inventory. Cons: not enough business formal attire. Kasper inventory is limited especially in plus sizes. Need more business formal attire in store and generally speaking more choices for modest attire (not a single long business skirt could I find and maxi skirts are not formal enough and I couldn’t even find a maxi skirt). The clearance racks are too close and uncomfortable shopping there is there are several shoppers. I understand that clearance items are less profitable so less floor space is given but I won’t even spend time on these racks if there are several other shoppers. Though it seems like my review is negative please understand that I love this store. I have one closer to home but I don’t shop there, preferring this store in Tappahannock. I cannot stress enough how professional and helpful your associates are."
