I walked out in a dress that did not fit to retrieve a different size. When I finally chose a dress, and made my way to the checkout area, the associates were on their cell phones behind the counter. I wish the younger associates were more attentive to my needs as a customer. They seemed bothered when they had to get up and take my money. Perhaps better training is necessary or commission incentive to be polite and attentive."
