"While standing in line to make my purchase, I watched the assoc. #001741337 (Angela, per receipt) start transactions over because of the machine as she described. When I made my purchase, she said the machine messes up and called it a man (the gentleman behind me wasn't impressed). She was talking loudly so all could hear in line about all the issues with the machine instead of focusing on what buttons she was clicking on the register. I had to run my card multiple times and every time she spoke louder making fun of me as it was my fault. I'm confident it was her error - she clearly didn't know how to use the register. She needs to be terminated - she does not know how to do her job, let alone provide satisfactory customer service. I would be embarrassed if I was the manager of the store and she was my employee!"

"My experience at stage was great as i walked in the doors i was greated by an assocate and asked if i was looking for anything in particular and as i responded they also told me about the AMAZING sale going on at the time. as it came for me to check out i was greeted with hello, did you find everything okay of course i did and as the total came up i was shocked on how much savings i saved with my purches :). since then i am always in there looking or getting everything and anything and im alwasy telling my friends to go there sucj great customer service and amazing sales and so many brands to pick from"
