"I enjoy shopping at Peebles. The associates are always dressed nicely and they're friendly and helpful. The store itself always smells nice when you walk through the door and I enjoy that. My only criticism is that some of the clothes racks are too close together and you can't get your buggy through the aisle. "Worst trip ever. I went to exchange a baby gift. I located the correct size & did some other shopping When I checked out and stated I didn't have a receipt the associate stated there was NO WAY to complete an exchange (same product, tags, price just diff size). I asked for # for corporate. When I called I left my phone on speaker and started as # 8 in the que .......30 minutes later and still on speaker I was finally the next caller in line (this was absurd as well that I had to wait 30 mins on hold for service). At this point the store manager stated that she figured out how to do the even exchange. I was very angry that 30 minutes of waiting on the phone had to pass b4 she was able to fix my transaction..... this item was aprx $10, I did not have a receipt but I was not asking for $ back, just a different size, I have NEVER had a problem with an even exchange at any other store when it came to baby clothes. After the exchange was processed I did not purchase the other items I had"
