"It was okay. Two associates helped me one was a grouchy old lady, she was very rude. She forgot my coupon and instead of fixing it right away after I had waited in line 15 minutes to check out, she had me return to the back of the line and continue to wait another timely wait. Luckily Rhonda allowed me to come to her register and she gladly helped me, she was very friendly and outgoing! She changed my outlook on the store before I left that day."

"Great experience! Sale /clearance prices discount your age! An associate Brenda is helpful and knowledgable about the stores inventory. I had several bags as the buys were great!!!! She even put the bags on a stroller and wheeled them to my car! Brenda always speaks to me and makes me feel like a valued customer! She has been there a long time ! Why is she not the manager? She knows the merchandise ! Waynesboro just got a new manager after months I understand without one and she has to learn from the ground up! Also there are never but a few associates in the store! Looks like more help is needed! Shopping carts would make shopping easier- I go get a stroller and other customers do the same. Not many places to shop in Waynesboro --don't close the store!"

"The store was messy and disorganized. There are clothes on the floor. Clothing was on incorrect racks- either not supposed to be on a certain sale rack or just in the completely wrong department. Lots of clothes were also just hanging particularly off hangers. Also the bedding is way too expensive at this company."

"I was in the store for a couple hours going through every women's/Jr's, intimates and shoes clearance rack in different areas. Three different associates offered me help. One of them told me of the extra 40% discount on clearance items which did prompt me to buy more. They were all very pleasant and helpful. The clerk at checkout had helped me earlier and was super polite then and at the end. She also helped me get my credit card straight because I didn't have it and my account had been inactive. I was extremely pleased with all of them. I never told them but my dog recently died and all of their politeness really improved my mood."

"Two associates were sitting at a computer screen and neither acknowledged my presence as I approached the checkout counter. I asked them if they were too busy to help me. One asociate got up and checked me out. I had cut my little finger on the cardboard piece on the package of clothes hangers and it was bleeding. I told the associate and she made no comment whatsoever. I had hope she would offer me a band aid but she did not. She never gave a greeting like: How are you today or Hello and she never said Thank you for shopping at Peebles or anything else."
