"I was using a card I knew had credit, denied my transaction so I called the co immediately, was told somehow the associate only submitted 3cents! In front of a line the associate told me I only had 3cents on the card. It was a mess! Totally embarrassing situation. After it was explained to me I walked back to the associate and told her she had submitted the wrong amt, she shook her head no and said ul b glad to refund ur other card and run again! I thought really?"

"After waiting for sometime, I had to call out for someone to wait on me. She said yes? instead of greeting me normally. After being visibly annoyed that she had a customer to wait on, I found what I was looking for (mascara) after she had walked away to not help me. When I said that I had found it at check out (After she had asked to help another lady that I was in front of and not me), she said that she didn't work the make up and wouldn't know where to look. I DON'T EVEN WORK THERE AND FOUND IT. I know we all have bad days, but geez Hannah (Associate 002643678) was blatantly rude and uncaring. I don't want to come back!"
