Better than any other in market

"We are using Peek's "peek pro" software as a solution for our tours and activities to handle online payments through our website, daily resource managements. Peek automated many of our operations. Only giving one star because you have to select something!

"I ordered a gift certificate for an escape room in Rockford Illinois and never received the email from Peek! The venue says no refunds! Well, I just want the gift certificate! No way to contact Peek either! Of course they charged my credit card immediately! Don’t trust them!!!"

"Their travel service they use to book with cancelled my ride to the airport causing a big issue with family, money, work.
I still see no refund.
In this electronic world, I can transfer money anywhere in just 24 hours. (it's been a week now, and no refund)

Scams, selling tickets that don’t exist

"This website is selling tickets that don’t exist and refuse to refund me.
I was looking to book a Helicopter tour in New York. Peek.com posted a helicopter tour from HeliNY for multiple time slots. I spent $568 and booked through Peek.com. Then HeliNY called me that they do not have any spots on that day. They helped me to book for a separate day. But Peek clearly posted multiple slots that don’t exist and charge people’s money for it. They didn’t refund to me, they don’t have a customer service phone number, nor did they reply my email.
Stay away from them, they’re not legit.

Scam

"**** this sight. Charged me for a Segway tour, expecting a confirmation email and got none. Called a number (wtf why don’t they have a legit customer service number?) and they told me my reservation was unable to be processed (but they immediately took the money out of my account). That guy sent me to another, who said they have nothing to do with Peek booking ... **** peek and their platform. It’s a **** scam and they should all burn in hell "

DO NOT USE THESE SCAM ARTISTS

"I had a demo with Brian Beverage who decided after I told him I would be in touch after speaking with other software companies, decided to send me a contract for service. Sign on the dotted line the email stated. Needless to say this put them out of the running. Then a month later, I receive a $199 invoice from these con artists...For services. These guys have zero business acumen. You want to find good people and good software? Go find Rentrax. "

If I could give Peek a 0 stars, I definitely would. HORRIBLE BOOKING EXPERIENCE.

"DO NO USE PEEK.COM. What a scam!

I have used peek.com 3 times and all 3 times, I was left without confirmation, confirmation emails, denied coupon codes, and when I filed support tickets, I was reached out by 3 different reps with no help at all. They instead just directly me to the tour operator. When I went to Seattle, I was denied at the tour as they do not claim my peek.com print out ticket was valid. Book through the actual tour operator and feel safe and trusted that your ticket is from a reputable source. They denied that I even had credits to use. What a mess of a company.

This company is a rip-off. Do not book through them.

"I booked a tour after finding a link to peek through Google Trips. They offered a $10 discount on the tour but charged my card for the full amount. I called peek twice but they were unwilling to make good on the offer. They told me I had to call the tour operator directly and when I called them, they had no idea peek.com was running a promo on their tour. I wanted to cancel on principle but will probably do the tour anyway because it wasn't the operator's fault. Lesson learned and shame on Google Trips for endorsing this crappy company."

Higher Cost- Lower Service

"Peek.com came up in a search for a nearby zip-line ride company. Without realizing that I was on a third-party website, I tried to book a ride for the next day; a mid-week-day. Peek told me that no rides were available until Friday! I told my grandson that we could not go since he left to fly home on Thursday morning. NO WHERE ON PEEK DID IT SAY THEY MIGHT NOT HAVE OR SELL FULL TICKET AVAILABILITY. Later I found the real and direct zip-line company website and that they had lots of rides available on several days before Friday! Then I noticed that the rides on Peek were $111 for an adult and only $103 when buying direct. So their advertising "Best Price Guarantee" is false advertising."

"Peek falsely represented a ticket offer that I purchased. Then, when I informed them about it they simply took down the offer and denied ever having it.

My money was refunded but the fact that they falsely advertised an offer which in order to REALLY get, I would have to pay a higher price for is an illegal bait and switch activity.

I do not recommend them. Period.

"Late one night, I ordered a Philadelphia walking tour In the Footsteps of Franklin. Before leaving early the next a.m., I realized Peek had not had time to send voucher, so I asked Peek to send it to my hotel. However, I only had hotel phone, not email, to give Peek. Peek called hotel and emailed my ticket to hotel. Marta (sp?) at Peek also left a phone message asking if all was well.
Peek exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them.
