"Ordered contacts and everything went through. Payment successful etc. Get a message day later from one of their staff telling it didn't go through. It was system error on their part. The contacts are actually out of stock. The one day shipping didn't tip them off on how urgent I needed them. All I got in the end was a refund and it wasn't even instantly in my account. I end up spending double what I wanted for contacts that day."
